Hammond-Henry Hospital Foundtation Awards Three Students the Glenn and Betty DeSmith Health Career Scholarship

Darcy Hepner, Hammond-Henry Hospital Foundation manager, congratulates the three scholarship recipients for the Glenn & Betty DeSmith Scholarship. New this year the Foundation offers health career scholarships to students seeking training in a health career field at an accredited school. This is made possible by the generous charitable estate gift from Glenn & Betty DeSmith. Three scholarships in the amount of $5,000 each were awarded to these selected applicants. Scholarships are awarded for an academic year based on the student’s achievement and financial need.
