Giving from the heart

Foundation

We are fortunate to serve an area that is supportive of our mission to assist in meeting the healthcare needs of the community. The Hammond-Henry Hospital Foundation exists exclusively for the benefit of Hammond-Henry Hospital. We pledge to seek, record, manage and disperse gift income to develop and expand the Hospital’s capabilities in patient care. The Hammond-Henry Hospital Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization with donations being tax-deductible as determined by the IRS.

Each year, we receive donations from across the area to help Hammond-Henry Hospital grow to meet the healthcare needs of the community.  With your help, we have been able to provide cutting edge technology to departments such as lab, imaging, and surgery. These upgrades (among others) have brought state-of-the-art equipment to your neighborhood and we hope, with your help, we can continue to do so into the future.

Success Stories:

group of four women looking at the camera and smilingMeet Judy Deutsch, Mariane Andrews, and Diane Hatfield. These sisters grew-up in Port Byron. Though Diane now calls South Carolina home, Judy and Mariane reside in Geneseo and are great supporters of the community. As volunteers at Hammond-Henry Hospital, Judy and Mariane are well known around the hospital. Their mother, Marjorie Mercer was a resident of Hammond-Henry Long Term Care and resided here for 6 years. Marjorie made her own lasting impression. In July of 2017, at the age of 101, Marjorie passed away. What a life well-lived! As a thank you, Judy, Mariane, and Diane included Hammond-Henry Hospital Foundation in the memorials for their mother. The monies donated went to purchase much-needed equipment for the Hammond-Henry Long Term Care Living Center. Thank you to Judy, Mariane, and Diane for being part of the Hammond-Henry Hospital Foundation Family.
