IDPH Public Inspections

Hammond-Henry Hospital maintains, for a period of five years, a complete copy of every final inspection report received from the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH). The Hospital also retains copies of all final orders issued by IDPH during the past five years, as well as any court orders reviewing such final orders. These documents are available for public inspection in accordance with applicable regulations.
