FOIA Duty to Display
The Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requires public bodies to operate openly and provide public records, upon request, as expediently and efficiently as possible. As a district hospital, Hammond-Henry Hospital must comply with the (FOIA).
Requests for public information shall be submitted to the following individuals serving as the Hospital's Freedom of Information (FOI) Officers:
