Michelle Jackson, APN Is Accepting New Patients as a Family Practice Provider
Hammond-Henry Hospital Medical Group – Kewanee has an additional provider accepting new patients. Michelle Jackson, APN has been an urgent care provider at the clinic since it opened the service line in November 2019. Though the clinic will still offer urgent care without changes to hours, Jackson will begin seeing primary care patients Mondays and Thursdays beginning the week of April 5. She will also remain as a provider for Urgent Care. The clinic, located at 1258 W. South Street, is pleased to expand the HHH Medical Group providers to include Jackson’s expertise. Urgent Care will continue to operate during the regular hours of Monday-Friday 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. and Saturday 8 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Jackson is originally from Kewanee, a graduate of Kewanee High School, and resides here with her husband and family. She is certified as a Nurse Practitioner from Saint Francis Medical Center College of Nursing. Jackson is eager and excited to accept new patients and to build her practice.

She has provided care for numerous patients in our Urgent Care setting and many have requested to follow with her as their Primary Care Provider. This addition of Primary Care hours aligns with our goals to meet the needs of our community and surrounding area.”

Hammond-Henry Hospital Medical Group offers family medicine, urgent/walk-in care, and COVID-19 testing at other locations across the region in Geneseo, Cambridge and Port Byron. Providers see established and urgent care patients. Note: all walk-in patients are welcome, please contact your insurance company to confirm coverage.
