The Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) created Telligen, the Medicare Quality Innovation Network Quality Improvement Organization, to assist with the new quality expectations required of nursing homes.  Telligen provides training and guidance on compliance with new regulations.

Hammond-Henry LTC was scored on thirteen quality measures including resident falls, infection control, pain management, mental health and vaccinations as well as assistance with daily living activities.

Dawn Bryner, Hammond-Henry LTC Manager states, “We are very proud to join this elite group.  Recognition like this validates our efforts and encourages the LTC staff to continue providing excellent care to our residents and their families.”
