Hammond-Henry, Geneseo Middle School unveil four wellness stations
Hammond-Henry Hospital unveiled four wellness stations at the Geneseo Middle School on Saturday, August 2. Participants included community members and members of “Walk with a Doc." HHH employees handed out give-aways at each station. These signs, which included exercises at each station, were designed by Jason Dahl of Underground Graphics and were a collaboration between the hospital and the school district. The exercises were chosen by Rehab staff and the signs include a QR code to demonstrate the exercise as well as provide modifications for those with limited mobility. Not only do the signs include exercises, but each station highlights a nutrition fact paired with an additional QR code for more information provided by HHH dietitians.
