Job Description

Directs and oversees the overall policies, objectives, and initiatives of Hammond-Henry’s Patient Account activities to optimize the patient financial interaction along the care continuum. Reviews, designs, and implements processes surrounding admissions, pricing, billing, third party relationships compliance collections and other financial analysis to ensure that clinical revenue cycle is effective and properly utilized. Assures prompt and courteous information. Works closely with the CFO, Revenue Cycle Director, Information Technology manager, and customers.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration or Accounting.

• Five years of experience in health care management, preferred. 

Grade 23.
