Job Description

Candidate will:

  • Provide patient care centered on the unique and individual needs of each patient according to the plan of care while maintain a safe, clean environment under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse.
  • Meet the needs of all customers including patients, significant others, physicians, and hospital staff.
  • Work in a multi-disciplinary team in order to deliver a full range of services and participates in team based continuous improvement.

Access to protected health information is limited to the minimum necessary to perform the duties of the job.

Qualifications

  • Certified by the State of Illinois as a Certified Nursing Assistant
  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with dependable transportation
  • Current BLS certification required within six months of hire date.
