Job Description

Candidate will:

• Gathers and coordinates data pertaining to related programs and ensures compliance including duties that ensures processes are in place for internal reviews and management reviews
• Works along with administration, quality council, quality improvement committees, medical staff, consultants, managers, professional and technical staff, health departments, and others in the community

Access to protected health information is limited to the minimum necessary to perform the duties of the job.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license valid with the State of IL, preferred
• BLS certification within 6 months of hire
