Job Description

CMA 

  • Be responsible for direct and indirect nursing care of the patients on her/his assigned unit during a given period of time
  • Be responsible for the direction and supervision of personnel assigned to him/her
  • Works closely with all members of the Professional Team, Medical Staff, patients, and their families

Qualifications

  • Illinois Licensed CMA Certification
  • Must have a good understanding and work within a shared decision-making philosophy
  • Must have good communication skills and work with an interdisciplinary team approach
  • BLS certification required
