Position Dept. Req.# Shift Status

RN CCU 08-58 7p-7a EOW Full-time

72 hours a pay period. CCU RN with experience in ICU/CCU, experience with codes, central lines, arterial lines, ventilator, chest tubes, arrhythmia, drips, etc. Management of complex cardiac medical and surgical patients and stabilization of such until transferred. Willing to train to house supervisor.
Qualifications:IL licensed RN with ACLS/PALS or willing to obtain, EKG class to monitor telemetry patients perferred or willingness to take the class. The ability to get along with multiple personalities and accept constructive criticism and advice, strong medical/surgical patients cares skills. Dependable and willing to work with others.


House Supervisor M&S 08-35 3-11 & 7p-7a Full-time

72 hours a pay period working 3-11 on weeknights and 7p-7a on weekends. A house supervisor is a registered nurse who is reponsible for direct and indirect total nursing care of patients/residents in the hospital for a given period of time. He/she is responsible for the direction and supervisor of all hospital personnel working his/her designated shift.
Qualifications: IL licensed RN. Position requires current ACLS, PALS, NRP and ECRN certification. Experienced in CCU, house supervisor, emergency department, OR, OB and Medical Records perferred.


RN SDS 08-59 Days Part-time

16-32 hours a pay period. RN to work in busy same day surgery department. Responsible for preparation and recovrey of surgical patients. Starting IVs and providing post-op patient education and discharge materials. Will be cross trained to PACU.
Qualifications: RN Illinois license. ACLS and PALS required. Must be a team player with a positive attitude. Job requires up to 10 hours per day with frequent standing/walking.


RN SDS 08-60 Days Full-time

72-80 hours a pay period. RN to work in busy same day surgery department. Responsible for preparation and recovrey of surgical patients. Starting IVs and providing post-op patient education and discharge materials. Will be cross trained to PACU.

MDS & RP-Coordinator Skilled/Extended Care 08-55 Days Part-time

48 hours a pay period. Restorative Program Coordinator. Ensures quality of the completon of MDS and restorative services for the residents in skilled/extended care units. Supervises, reviews and firects restorative care using an interdisciplinary approach on the long-term care units. Has oversight of MDS program.
Qualifications:Illinois licensed RN/LPN, successfully completion of restorative nurse program or will to complete. A minimum of 1 to 3 years experience in long-term care and knowledgeable in MDS completion. Has a good understanding and work within a shared decision making philosophy. Must have good communication skills and work with an interdisciplinary team approach.


CNA Extended/Skilled Care 08-54 1st Part-time EOW

40 hours a pay period providing direct patient care including bathing and feeding patients, some heavy lifting. Will help nurse with admissions and discharges, some computer work. Must be willing to work both extended and skilled care units. Will work every other weekend and share of holidays.
Qualifications: Certified Nursing Assistant with prior patient care experience preferred. Must enjoy working with geriatrics. Must be flexible and have a positive attitude. Able to pass criminal background check. Some heavy lifting required

CRNA Anesthesia 08-32 1st Full-time

Administers general or regional anesthetics to surgical and obstetrical patients. Observes condition on anesthetized patients and takes necessary remedial measures to counteract unfavorable conditions. Maintains appropriate knowledge to serve all ages of patients.
Qualifications: Graduate of an approved school of nursing and current registration by state licensing authorities as a registered nurse. Graduate of a school of anesthesia accredited by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists and current Board Certification by American Association of Nurse Anesthetists. Advanced Practice Nurse in state of Illinois or ability to obtain licensure. Privileges for practice to be applied for to the Medical Credentials Committee.


PT Therapist Rehab 08-24 1st Full-time

Provides quality Physical Therapy services, including assessment, intervention, program planning and implementation, discharge planning-related documentation, and communication. Roles may also include direct, monitored and consultative approaches.
Qualifications: Bachelor's or masters degree or equivalent from an accredited school approved by the American Physical Therapy Association. Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist with the State of Illinois Department of professional regulation.
