The long term care unit is complete and awaiting inspection by the Illinois Department of Public Health.  We hope to have their inspection within the next few weeks.  We will then relocate patients and residents several days after the survey.
The current skilled and extended care building will undergo a complete renovation which will start once the new facility is occupied.  The building will house dialysis, administration, patient accounts, sleep lab and a few doctors' offices.
The next milestone for this journey is the completion of the south service building.  Brickwork is virtually complete, except for a small area on the northeast side of the building.  Drywall work is complete, and priming/painting has begun throughout the facility.  Ceiling grids are being installed this week, and cabinetry installation has also begun.  We now project completion of this building the third week of July.
Yesterday we met with our new OB/GYN which we will officially announce within the next few weeks.  Let's see how much information leaks out from people reading it here before we go public!  I am very pleased to have this doctor joining us August 1.
