Job Description:

Oversees the daily operations of our LTC Living Center. Responsibilities include staffing, financial management, supervising resident care (24-hrs daily), marketing, and community outreach. Directs and supervises all aspects of the LTC living center services in accordance with standards for long-term care federal, state, and local laws, facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Implements and maintains compliance/ quality programs within the regulations, patient/resident care, and reimbursement. Supervises the LTC Living Center staff to endure the residents receive high quality care following the standards and best practices according to LTC industry standards. Works closely with all members of the professional team, medical staff, ancillary personnel and residents’ families.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Nursing License with the State of IL
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree preferred
  • BLS required
  • Long Term Care experience, preferred
