Job Description:
The LTC Regulatory Coordinator responds to all LTC patient/resident grievances ensuring that the facility maintains full compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations governing long-term care operations in Illinois. This role serves as the liaison between facility leadership and regulatory agencies, coordinates survey readiness activities, monitors compliance with IDPH (Illinois Department of Public Health), CMS (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services), and other oversight bodies, and supports continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing, Health Administration, or related field required.
- State of Illinois Nursing License required.
- Demonstrated knowledge of IDPH survey process, CMS Requirements of Participation, and MDS (Minimum Data Set) processes.
- BLS within 3 months of hire.
