Hammond-Henry Hospital’s Phase III Cardiac Rehabilitation is a maintenance exercise program. Phase III Cardiac Rehabilitation uses aerobic exercise to provide cardiovascular conditioning.Hammond-Henry staff members will assist you with an exercise program to m eet your specific needs. An individual exercise program will consider your age, current level of conditioing, physical limitations, and your health history. Staff members will monitor blood pressure and heart rate responses. Cardiac Rehabilitation Phase III Caridac Rehabiliation classes are held at Hammond-Henry Hospital. The classes are conducted in a group setting. Cardiovascular equipment and light hand weights are utilized for these classes.
Cardiac Rehabilitation Phase III classes are:
Tuesday and Thursday
7:30 a.m. - 8:30 a.m.
9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
10:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
Cardiovascular disease is the number one killer of Americans. Aerobic exercise is an important step in prevention of cardiovascular disorders.
A physician order is required to participate in Phase III Cardiac Rehab. Interested participants are asked to talk with their physician about participating in this program.
Phase III Cardiac Rehabilitation cast $6.00 per session, with a spouse fee of $4.00 per session.
