80 hours per pay period - benefits depend on hours worked.

Job Description

Performs abstracting and coding of inpatient and outpatient records under the supervision of the Manager. Works with physicians to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation in order to code diagnoses and procedures. Assists in all coding functions of the Health Information Management Department. Access to protected health information is limited to the minimum necessary to perform the duties of the job.
