The Development Council is a volunteer network of community and business leaders who are working to incease the ongoing community and philanthropic support for Hammond-Henry Hosital. The council provides a working link between Hammond-Henry Hospital and the community.
Currently four committees have formed and include:

- Estate and Planned Giving
