Once the Illinois Department of Public Health is onsite to provide their approval, we will begin moving into our new endoscopy suite.  This is the area that was previously occupied with Dr. Atwell's and Dr. Leno's office spaces.  Once that occurs, we will begin the demolition of the current endoscopy room to make way for our third operating room.

Our long term care building makes progress every day.  Installation of fixtures has begun in bathrooms.  Also, cabinets are being hung as pictured below in the nurses' station.  The grid for the ceiling tiles is nearling completion, which indicates the majority of work above the ceiling has been completed.  One recent change that we have made is to the flooring for patient rooms, which will now be sheet vinyl in a wood grain finish.  Rooms have been painted with various accent colors to bring a touch of home into the building.

The installation of the new aquatic therapy pool has been a challenge with various approvals required through the appropriate agencies.  Pictured below is the pedastal that will support the structure of the pool, along with the hydraulics, electrical and plumbing systems.  Delivery is slated for April 20 with installation slated for the following week.
