If the mild, dry weather could have held out for another two weeks in November, the south service building would have been enclosed.  Nonetheless, work continues to accomplish that task despite the challenges with the weather.  The concrete floor was poured in the south service building ten days ago and has cured well.  The next step is to install the roof on the building.  Once installed, temporary plastic curtains can enclose the second floor allowing for the final concrete pour for the second floor.  Plans are to complete the roof by the end of the month, with the floor to be completed shortly thereafter.

In the long term care building, significant progress continues to be made with HVAC, electrical, fire sprinkler installations moving along well.  With this building being weather-tight the trades are working diligently.  Rooms are beginning to take shape with drywall installation underway in some areas.
